Therefore, prior to placing an order with us, please read the following terms and conditions that apply to your order and make sure you are happy with them.
Our contract with you
When you place an order with us, you agree to purchase the product(s). After placing the order, an order acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you have provided us with. The offer will only be accepted once the products are ready for dispatch which is when the contract between ourselves and you becomes legally binding. Until then, we reserve the right not to fulfil your order for any reason, such as pricing, listing or stock errors. In the event of such circumstances, the order will be fully refunded.
Availability
Wherever possible, we display the latest stock availability on our website. However, errors can occasionally occur. In such circumstances we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible in order to resolve the situation.
Information on the website
All of our images, descriptions, specifications and advertising are correct at the time of creation using information given to us by the distributors and/or manufacturers of the products. With regards to the product dimensions, please be advised that these do not include any protruding features such as handles and control knobs etc. Dimensions depict the measurements of the main body of the product only. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all dimensions and weights are approximate and should be considered as a guide only.
With regards to the colours and images, we make every effort to correctly represent our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your device accurately represents the product(s) you receive due to variations in colour preferences and set-ups on different devices. Please note that the colours may also vary due to changes in the manufacturing process.
Any customer reviews of the products we sell on our website are solely the opinions of those customers and do not form any part of the item specification(s). We are not liable should any of the information in the reviews prove to be incorrect.
You acknowledge and agree the following:
The copyright in the photos, video, data, text or any other content used on our website belongs to us and/or our suppliers. Similarly, the overall look and feel of our website belongs to us. You are only permitted to use the material from our website as expressly authorized by us and/or our suppliers.
We reserve the right to change and/or amend our website and any information contained within without prior notice (please note the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your order will still apply to your purchased product(s)).
Prices
All of our displayed prices include VAT but exclude other services, such as delivery, unless otherwise specified on the website.
Occasionally, we may offer products at discounted or promotional prices. Any such offers will only apply to selected products, are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time at our discretion. Delivery charges, conditions and geographical exclusions may apply.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment through a 3rd party secure payment portal website as well as PayPal payments. All transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure your details are secure.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders, even if you have already received the order confirmation email, should we identify the transaction(s) as being potentially fraudulent.
Delivery
We can deliver to anywhere with a UK postcode. Please note that there may be additional charges for delivery to the following areas: Certain areas of Scotland, The Isle of Man, The Republic of Ireland, The Isle of White, Jersey and Guernsey.
Some of the products we sell are large and heavy to carry, so there may be occasions when we may be unable to get it into your property. Whenever possible we would ask you to supply information to this effect to us as quickly as possible. If you have many steps, corridors or doors which are too narrow or there are other obstructions we may not be able to successfully delivery your product. In these types of situations, it may be possible to offer delivery to an alternative location so that you get the product in yourself.
Sometimes things happen that we simply cannot foresee or control – such as adverse weather or an event which has caused road closures. Whilst we will try our hardest to work around such unforeseeable events, we can’t be held liable if we can’t fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control.
There are different delivery options available, depending on your needs. These options are set out clearly on the checkout page before you place your order. If you do not select an enhanced delivery option (such as the two-man delivery service) we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues which may occur due to the incorrect option being chosen at the time of purchase
Important information
We advise all our customers not to book any contractors, plumbers or fitters until they have received all of their products in good condition. We aim to deliver all of our orders within the advertised delivery lead times. However, all delivery times are provisional, and we cannot be held responsible for any expenses or costs caused by unexpected delays due to logistics.
If there is an item on your order that is out of stock, a member of our customer care team will contact you with an expected delivery date. If you would like the items in stock to be dispatched immediately, we can arrange this for you and send your other item(s) when they become available.
