Description

Colorspray splashback adhesive and sealant adhesive is a clear, low modulus, neutral curing adhesive and sealant for use when bonding painted glass splashbacks and feature panels to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates. Colorspray is solvent free and contains a fungicide to improve mildew resistance when used in pointing applications.

Substrate Preparation
All surfaces should be fully cured and cleaned clean thoroughly before application for optimum adhesive performance. Any plaster that the panel is to be adhered to, needs to be in good, sound condition with no loose or damaged areas. New plaster needs to be left at least 21 days to dry before the application of Colorspray splashback adhesive and sealant adhesive.

Application
Colorspray splashback adhesive should be applied to the surface with a 6mm bead at 100mm separation.
The glass panel should then be pressed in place to give a 2mm separation and approximate 10-12mm wide bond area to maximise mechanical grab.
The panels need to be dead load supported in all applications.
Any pointing between panels or other adjacent areas must be tooled off within 15 minutes of application.

310ml Cartridges.
